Spring Tours operates camel and trekking tours in the mountains of
the Sinai-Peninsula. The area enjoys diverse, extensive desert that abound in
mountain chains suitable for climbing and sensational adventures. Of these
mountains are Mt. Moses, Mt. Catherine and Mt. Safasafa. In addition, rallies
and bike races can be held. Spring Tours uses 4x4 vehicles and camel rides to
arrange bird and wild animals watching in valleys and oases. These trips last
several days, introducing the unspoiled nature of the desert in a spectacular
way. Watch the sunset in the desert and sleep overnight under the starry sky.

Sites of interest in the area are
various and of very different nature, may it date back to the pharaonic era,
religious places, or just the beauty of National Parks in the area of South
Sinai:
- Serabit El Khadem, on a hill
northwest of Firan Valley. A temple established by the Pharaohs including the
cave of goddess Hathor.
- The sacred Valley of Tawa,
where God spoke to his prophet Moses.
- Mount Moses / Mt. Moneiga,
2285 meters high, the place where God spoke to his prophet Moses. On its
highest summit, there is a small church and a mosque. Visitors are keen on
climbing the mountain to watch the sunrise.
- St. Catherine's Monastery,
constructed back in the 4th century in the foothills of Mt. Moses with the
Basilica, the chapel of the Burning Bush, the Library, the Museum of the

- Located in Firan Valley, the
remains of a church/monastery (Deir El Banat). On its rubble a new church has
been built.
- Close to the Valley of St.
Catherine, there is the 'Shrine of Prophet Harun'. 10 km / 7 miles away, where
Murra valley meet El Sheikh valley, the 'Shrine of Prophet Saleh'.
- 65 km / 45 miles east of Ras
Sidr, Spring Tours will guide the visitor to Al-Gondi (The Soldier) Citadel,
constructed by Salah Al Din Al Ayoubi in 1165.
- Overlooking the Gulf of
Aquaba, on Pharaoh's Island, 1170 ad Salah Al Din al Ayoubi constructed another
Citadel.
- Ras Mohamed National Park, a
paradise with the most gorgeous formations of coral reefs and thousand species
of rare fish, distinct marine life, warm water springs, wild animals, birds and
mangrove trees.
- St. Catherine National Park, a
combination of a collection of rare animals, reptiles and birds in addition to
a variety of medicinal herbs and plants.
- National Park of Nabq is
located between Sharm El Sheikh and Dahab, distinguished by rich wild life of
animals, rodents and rare reptiles as well as migratory birds that inhabit
mangroves.
- Abou Galum, a National Park
located on the Gulf of Aquaba between Sharm El Sheikh and Taba. The area is
known due to the integrated environmental system that combines the desert,
mountainous regions and numerous valleys.
